My practice specializes in treating individuals, couples and families, offering comprehensive services dealing with anxiety, emotional regulation, depression, stress management, relationship issues, parenting, support for new mothers (including post-partum depression), career stress, grief and loss, chronic illness and positive goal setting for future endeavors. 

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is strength-based, building on your core values to enhance your resilience in the midst of challenges. Various modalities utilized to increase coping strategies include including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Mindfulness, and Life and Wellness coaching. Specific coping strategies will support emotional regulation to enhance overall well-being. 

Couples Counseling

Though by nature loving, relationships can be very challenging, especially when combined with additional life and family stressors. Gottman and other modalities are used to enhance strategies to enhance communication and resolve conflict in a respectful manner. Specific areas of focus include balancing home and work life, emotional and physical intimacy, parenting, conflict resolution, pre-marital readiness, blended families, and extended families.

Life & Wellness Coaching

Life can be very stressful, especially when we are pulled in multiple directions. Life and Wellness Life Coaching will support you in achieving more balance, resilience and clarity in your life.  Setting clear goals and developing a daily wellness routine will enhance your overall well-being and increase your inner joy.
